Crosman Mac1 Style

Crosman's new crop of plastic breeched CO2 and pump pneumatics have a good deal of potential but seem to not tap it in stock trim. At Mac-1 we go ahead and prep all guns with the alternate trigger spring at no extra charge. That gives a 3lb pull to the new triggers with no sear work involved.

Crosman models 2240, 1377, 2250, AS2250XT and 2260 are best when tuned with the $25 accuracy prep. It includes the longer bolt probe, bolt o-ring, the chamber & crown mods and the trigger spring as well. It is going to make the gun a lot more accurate than stock because the lead will feed through the guns barrel without getting abused. This translates into better range. To further increase range you can add our Power prep for $25 which includes custom porting in the barrel, hammer spring guide to tension the striker spring a bit more and a special high volume Delrin breech seal. The barrel is specially machined to accept this seal.

2250's can get a slot machined in the tube so the Hangy Tank Bulk system can be fitted easily anytime in just as few minutes ($20 for machine work and $60 for hardware including one 3.5 oz tank). With the forearm removed the access slot is a 12 gram CO2 Quick Change slot which drops the CO2 out the bottom of the gun instead of requiring cap removal.

No mods are required on models 500, 45, SA6, 36, 44, and 99 in order to fit a hangy tank 3.5oz set-up. The hardware with one tank is $60 hanging straight down and $65 with tank slanted rearward at a 45 degree angle. When it comes to Bulk Mac-1 has got you covered.

All the Crosman guns that share the plastic breech can be upgraded for $40 to the breech from the AS 2250 XT. This is a steel breech with scope grooves and no facility for a rear sight so it is a scope me set-up once altered. We include a steel threaded bolt handle when fitting the steel breech.

You can also add longer barrels from the 2260 Crosman to any of the guns with shorter barrels. With accuracy and power prep done an 18” barrel will develop over 625 fps in .22. These guns all shoot a lot harder with .22 barrels. For the fans of FPS .177 long barrels can also be fitted. They will shoot faster than .22's but not as hard because the .177 used in CO2 guns is considerably less efficient than the .22 pellet. Longer barrels cost $15.
