HIGH PRESSURE COMPONENTS

Have all your PCP guns share a common air yoke. The air yoke has a Female Foster Quick Connect on the end of a Braided Stainless line. The yoke has a bleeder and output gauge. Cost is $75.

We fit male Quick Connects to your various charging adapters so you can fill each PCP with the same air yoke. Gone are the days where you need six complete filling adapters for six PCP's. Males fitted to various charging probes and the larger Parker Quick Connect can usually be accomplished for $10 per adapter.

If you want to pump your gun to its max after topping up the gun with what you have left in your air tank. It is easy if you have the right set-up. You could use the air yoke on the pump but it takes at least twice as many pumps to fill up the volume of the air yoke vs. a dedicated low volume hose. The gun starts seeing added pressure with far fewer strokes. The hot tip is to have the Female Quick Connect on the hose end of the pump as well as the yoke so you can change charging adapters and fill different guns without tools.

You can even use one hose for both the air yoke and the pump if you don't have more than one type of PCP adapter. We fit the Female QC to the air yoke and pump outlet and the male QC goes on the hose inlet. The hose outlet is fitted with a –4 female (standard for Korean guns) or 1/8" male pipe thread so you can fit your specific charging adapter to that.

The basic set-up for one gun from one air source is the yoke fitted with braided stainless hose and the charging adapter specific to your gun. Shown is the Career type.

We also supply the industry with a wide variety of custom adapters. We have PCP adaptations for the Tau 200 rifle and Yewha pumps-ups. We can manufacture, engineer and fabricate special adapters for many applications.

Scott Air Paks are a real common charge bottle for PCP airguns and we fabricate yokes specifically for these high pressure 300 bar tanks. The tanks are Carbon Fiber so they are extremely light and durable as well. They can be had with a wrench tighten fitting for $125 or a hand tighten fitting for $140. These yokes are stainless steel with bleeder, output gauge, braided line and high pressure Foster Stainless Quick connect.

Scott Air Paks can also be fitted with an $80 adapter which is hand tighten to seal and lets you use your K-valve type 3000 PSI yoke on the Scott bottle. This would only be appropriate for charging guns from the Scott bottle that charge to 200 Bar (3000 PSI) as the limit on pressure will be due to the K-valve yoke.

In Europe the most common tanks use 200 or 300 Bar Din female threads on the output valve. These yokes are stainless steel with bleeder, output gauge, braided line and high pressure Foster Stainless Female Quick connect.

You can also fit a Din 300 tank with a Din to K-valve adapter so that you can use the conventional K-valve yoke on the Din 300 or 200 tanks. They are $50 and have the same upper limit of 200 bar because of the limits imposed by the K-valve yoke.

We can supply double male Quick Connects so you can transfer air from one tank to another as long as you have yokes with female QC's for each tank. Double males are $10 each.

We often upgrade yokes made specifically to fill one gun so they can be universal yokes. We can quote charges when received and we try our best to make the yokes go out the door the same day they arrive. Typically a conversion of this type will run about $30 plus transportation.

QUALITY STEEL TUBING

Alloy Steel Tubing is also available from Mac1. This is 4130 material in 3/4" ID X 7/8" OD. This is the size of the Crosman CO2 tube. We can supply these tubes with QB threads on one end and Crosman threads on the other end so they can fit both guns. Custom lengths with OD threads for Crosman & QB or ID threads for the Tau are also available. Working pressure of these tubes should not exceed 2500 PSI. We also fabricate inlet tube ends with integral check valves. These inlets have 1/8" pipe female threads and can be fitted with the QC male or –4 AN male. Dust covers are available for the –4 AN or QC fittings. Tubing for higher pressure PCP applications is also available.

We can supply just about any kind of fittings along with Inlet assemblies from the US FT with integral check valve. We fabricate the widest selection of adapters in the industry and can find a solution for about any high pressure application. If you have building airguns in your future we can supply you with many parts so you have reliable proven operating systems and can concentrate your efforts in other areas.
